Create a new user role
To maximize flexibility, gIQ offers the ability for an organization administrator to define user roles and permissions.

This guide assumes that the user has administrator rights.
1. Click on you avatar
2. Click on Admin Panel…
3. Click on Roles…
4. To define a new role, click on new role
5. This opens a free text box for a user to name a role
6. Click on Create
7. Now we can define the permissions for the role
Clicking on the toggle will enable all of the features for the role
8. Clicking on a single icon will also toggle the permission, but limit the permissions to the selected feature.

Click on the three dots
10. This gives the administrator the ability to do a few items
This includes duplicating role. Select this is you want another role with very similar permissions. You can then make a smaller number of adjustments to build the role structure in the system.
