Managing the Marketplace

Users with the correct permissions can view all of the activity within an organisation. This guide will demonstrate how a user can

1. Click on Marketplace…​

2. Click on manage…​

Only users with the correct permission set can view the manage section. If you believe you need access then please speak to your system administrator.

3. Statistics​

The system provides statistics about each model and application. For models, views shows how many times the model has been viewed; runs shows how many times the model has been run and subs shows how many organisations has subscribed to the item.

For applications, views hows how many times the application market place item has been viewed, CTA Clicks is how many times the application has been accessed.

4. Click on more, then edit.​

This will open up the edit page for the marketplace item.

5. Click on EULA or Description​

From here, a user can update the item description or the EULA of the model. EULAs are currently only available on models.

6. Go back to the seller central​

7. Click on Subscription Requests…​

8. Subscription Requests​

This shows how many subscription requests have been made, and by which organisation.

10. Subscriptions​

This page shows all of the subscriptions which the organisation has subscribed to.
