Managing Geostream

In this section, you will get to know how to add videos to the platform and how add and remove videos from the geostream.

Adding videos​

Simply add videos to the platform through the Upload functionality.

When a video file (.mp4) is uploaded, the platform displays the video file automatically in the geostream page.

To add videos, do the following:

  1. Login to the platform.

  2. Click the Upload icon.

The File Upload dialog box is displayed.

  1. In the File Upload dialog box, click the Browse button and select the (.mp4) file to upload to the platform.

The .mp4 file is successfully added to the platform.

Adding videos to geostream​

Set up a video to be added to the geostream module.

To add videos, do the following:

  1. Login to the platform.

  2. Click the Geostream module and then click the Edit Geostream sub-module.

The Geostream Controls page is displayed.

  1. In the Controls page, simply click the videos present in the Video Layers panel to add the videos to the geostream.

The video is successfully added to the geostream.

Viewing Videos in Geostream​

To view videos, do the following:

  1. Login to the platform.

  2. Click the Geostream module.

The video or videos you added to the geostream platform will be played on loop.

Click the Back button the browser to go to the platform.

Removing videos​

Remove a video from the geostream module.

To remove videos, do the following:

  1. Login to the platform.

  2. Click the Geostream module and then click the Edit Geostream sub-module.

The Geostream Controls page is displayed.

  1. In the Controls page, simply click the Delete icon Selected panel to remove videos from the geostream.

The video is successfully removed from the geostream.
