The AI Assistant is an intelligent assistant that provides guided help to search documentation and acquire satellite imagery.

Accessing the AI Assistant

To activate the AI Assistant, do the following:

The AI Assistant is displayed on the screen. It displays a set of suggested questions such as:

TIP: Use this feature to quickly understand key components of the system.

Managing Your Chat Session

To start fresh, do the following:

• Click the New Chat icon located at the top of the chatbot interface to reset the conversation.

Starting a new chat will clear all previous conversation history, selected imagery, and items in your cart. Use this option when you're ready to begin a new task or workflow.

Use Cases of AI Assistant

You can use the AI Assistant to do the following:

• Search platform documentation Ask a question or select a suggested prompt to find documentation and task instructions.

• Acquire satellite images Search and order imagery from vendors such as Maxar and Airbus with the help of AI prompts.

AI Assistant Scope and Capabilities

The AI Assistant can assist with:

• Documentation search
• Image acquisition workflows

It cannot perform the following tasks:

• Change user or account settings
• Modify platform configuration
• Access third-party sites or real-time internet data
