Managing Basemap

In this section, you will get to know how to manage the existing basemaps in the platform.

Activating or Deactivating a base map

This functionality enables you to activate or deactivate a base map.

1. Click the System Panel module and then select the Announcements section.

   The New base map page is displayed.

2. On the New Base Map page, under the Base Maps section (where all the existing layers are grouped together), locate the base map that you want to activate or deactivate on the platform, and then click the toggle button to activate or deactivate the base map.

   The base map is instantly activated or deactivated on the platform.

Deleting a base map

This functionality enables you to delete a base map.

1. Click the System Panel module and then select the Announcements section.

   The New base map page is displayed.

2. On the New Base Map page, under the Base Maps section (where all the existing layers are grouped together), locate the base map that you want to delete, click the vertical three-dots menu, and then select the Delete option.

   The base map is instantly deleted from the platform.
