Manage reports
In the section, you will get to know how to manage the collection of reports displayed in the Reports module.
As a SuperAdmin, you can easily manage reports by searching, sorting, filtering, editing, approving, and exporting reports.
Searching a report
Find a report by its name.
To search a report, do the following:

Click the Reports module.
The Reports dashboard is displayed.

In the dashboard, type the name of the report in the Search box, and then press Enter.
Reports that contain the keywords are displayed.
Sorting a report
Sort reports alphabetically or chronologically.
To sort reports, do the following:

Click the Reports module.
The Reports dashboard is displayed.

In the dashboard, click the Sort by drop-down list, and one of the following sorting options to organize reports in a way that best suits your task.

| Created (Most Recent to Older) | Displays items starting with the most recently created. | Review the newest work first. |
| Created (Oldest to Most Recent) | Displays items starting with the earliest created. | Review the oldest work first. |
| Alphabetically (A to Z) | Displays items in ascending alphabetical order. | Quickly find items by name in ascending order. |
| Alphabetically (Z to A) | Displays items in descending alphabetical order. | Quickly find items by name in descending order. |
Filtering a report
Filter reports as per status, created by, classification level, and date created.
To filter reports, do the following:

Click the Reports module.
The Reports dashboard is displayed.

In the dashboard, click the Filter icon.
The Reports Filter dialog box is displayed.
- In the Reports Filter dialog box, do the following:

In the Status area,
- Click the All option to filter reports with all the status
- Click the Approved option to filter in approved state
- Click the Downloadbale option to filter in downloadble state.
- Click the Draft option to filter reports in draft state.

In the Created area,
- Click the Anyone option to filter reports created by anyone in the team (including yourself)
- Click the Me option to filter reports created by yourself.
- Click the Someone option to filter reports created by a team member.

In the Classification Level drop-down list,
- Select the Unclassified option to filter reports that are not classified.
- Select the Confidential option to filter reports that are confidential.
- Select the Secret option to filter reports that secret in nature.
- Select the Restricted option to filter reports that are restricted.

In the Date Created drop-down list,
- Click the Any Day option to filter reports that created on any day.
- Click the Custom Range option to filter reports created within two specific dates.
The platform starts displaying search results instantly as apply the preceding filters.
Editing a report
Edit a report by adding new pages, new layers, description, and so on.
You can edit only reports with a status of Approved, Failed, or Draft.
To edit a report, do the following:

Click the Reports module.
The Reports dashboard is displayed.

Locate a report that you want to edit, click the More Options menu, and then select the Edit option.
The report opens in the workspace that contains it.
- Edit the report and exit the workspace.
Duplicating a report
Simply create copy of a report in any status (draft, approved, downloadable) instead of creating it from scratch.
To duplicate a report, do the following:

Click the Reports module.
The Reports dashboard is displayed.

Locate a report that you want to duplicate, click the More Options menu, and then select the Duplicate option.
A new copy of the report is created successfully.
Approving a report
Approve any report in the platform.
To approve a report, do the following:

Click the Reports module.
The Reports dashboard is displayed.

Locate a report that you want to duplicate, click the More Options menu, and then select the Approve option.
The report is approved succeessfully.
Downloading as PDF
Download a report on your local computer as PDF file.
To download a report as PDF, do the following:

Click the Reports module.
The Reports dashboard is displayed.

Locate a report that you want to duplicate, click the More Options menu, and then select the Download as PDF option.
The report is downloaded on your local computer successfully.
Exporting a report
Export a report on your local computer in a .zip file. The .zip file contains the PDF report, geojson file, and NTF file.
To export a report, do the following:

Click the Reports module.
The Reports dashboard is displayed.

Locate a report that you want to duplicate, click the More Options menu, and then select the Export option.
The process of exporting the report has been started successfully. You can go the Exports page to access the report.
Deleting a report
Permanenetly delete the reports from the platform. Once a report is deleted, it cannot be retrieved.
To delete a report, do the following:

Click the Reports module.
The Reports dashboard is displayed.

Locate a report that you want to duplicate, click the More Options menu, and then select the Delete option.
The report is deleted successfully.
